Keith Fiels, Executive Director of ALA (American Library Association) announced "ALA Online Learning... a new section of the ALA website showcasing all web-based professional development opportunities across the Association."
Under "information literacy" on this page, are a number of interesting upcoming programs, including a self-guided course offered by PLA (Public Library Association), called “Understand How to Find, Evaluate and Use Information: Information Fluency”
