Citing "Second Life"

In case anyone gets a question about this, HVX Silverstar responded to this query via the Second Life Librarians Google Group

"I usually use the simteach unofficial APA guide for citing something within
SL:

http://www.simteach.com/wiki/index.php?title=Draft_Addendum_to_APA_for_Second_Life_(unofficial)

however, citing Second Life itself is a bit different. I would cite it using the example of citing a game:
