In a rather detailed article, School Library Journal reports that California has proposed its first school library standards and is requesting feedback on the draft. The California Department of Education site states: "Please return your comments and suggestions on the feedback form by mail, fax, or e-mailing as an attachment. Contact information provided on the form."
