Your email has been forwarded to me in hopes that I may help you with your request. Unfortunately, we cannot post non-conference events to our website – you can imagine if we did, the website would be full of various programs and/or events. Nor can we provide you with an email list. However, we do want to assist you with your goal of furthering awareness for your group. May we suggest, you take advantage of a complimentary tabletop display in the exhibit hall, where you can distribute your materials to attending library professionals?
As it relates to your meeting – when and where do you plan to hold your meeting? We would appreciate your group not holding the meeting during any of the CLA Conference sessions and/or events. Please let me know if we can help you in this process.
I have attached an exhibitor packet for you. If you decide, you would like to take advantage of a tabletop display, please complete the attached form and return it to me soon. Be sure to write “complimentary” across the price.
